I just got this in from Buffalo Arms. The heaviest, most finely made and coolest mould we have in the armoury. Its a .430, 300gr mould.

Look at number one. Pretty tight!

I just love old BP cartridge rifles. Only problem with them is that you are shooting BP, kind of a different animal as far as loading and clean-up. Are you going to load BP or substitute Trail Boss?

Nope. Not BP at all. We converted it from .41 rimfire to .41 Swiss centerfire.
We cut and fireform the cases from 8mm Russian. Extremely (and very surprisingly ) accurate.
I use 19.5 grains of 4759. It chronos at about 1,200fps
