Tactical rifle cases
I am looking for a tactical rifle case for my Ar-15. I want something that is rugged but not overly bulky or heavy. I want it to be able to hold 4 plus 30 round mags. This will be used primarily as range bag but will probably ride behind the back seat of my pickup most of the time not dragged through the woods. I want good quality at a fair price. What have you guys used that you like and what should I stay away from? I saw one on Cheaper than dirt for about $40 that looked real good and had great reviews but, of course, they were out of stock.

try this one
AR Case.
http://www.acecase.com/ Have a few of their products. They are not the "ultimate" but are definitely good for the money & intended use. 5 30rd AR mags & a folded Keltec Sub 200 will fit in the side pouch on mine. They have different versions. Another AR Item http://gripplates.com/ Later, WNTFW |

+1 on the ACE. For what they cost they are very well made, give enough protection and hold 4-5 mags (depending on size). I've got a couple that I've kept my AK's in for years with no problems.

Sig makes a nice one. It's a bit pricy.
