Bullet Proof Vest (Where can/ Can I sell this?)

Changed jobs recently and would really like to make some extra cash.

I have a very nice bullet proof vest that is sitting in my apt. collecting dust and i would like to know where the best place would be to sell said item...?

I'm not looking to start an auction, just need selling info...

While it might not be ethically appropriate I'm sure one of the extra special folks on Stormfront.org would buy it. PS, this is a joke! I wouldn't actually do that unless you'd like to end up on some kind of secret squirrel watch list.

These are bought and sold on Ebay all the time. There aren't any regulations that I know of for selling them.

No regulations as far as I know regarding private sales of ballistic material. Heck, anyone can buy used police vest's from a few websites. I think it is mostly parent companies and contractors that will not sell bullet resistant vests to the civilian market.
