winchester ranger 20 ga deer slug

can you help me date the mfg. date? every site i go to wants 30.00 or so? deerslayer is stamped on the barrell, i see 120 they say slug bbl. im trying to establish a value on this unit. looks like a darker walnut stock,not the lighter birch types. suggestions on which ammo to use? thanks for the look

If it says deerslayer its no winchester. Its the first run of Ithaca slug guns ever produced and they are fine shooters. Contact them for some more info on it
