any one use reloader 22

hi
Ive got a question for you guys
I use reloader 22 in my 300 win mag and I love how versitile it can be with different bullet weights.I also clean my gun constantly because this powder is a little dirty.I normaly use nitro solvent and a bronze brush first and then I switch to a nylon brush and copper solvent and then copper solvent soaked patches untill the patches come out clean. However, last night I was cleaning it and found chuncks of carbon deposits flaking off the first four inches of barrel after the chamber.I started scrubing it with a bronze brush and more came out.My question is has any else experienced this and if so, maby some sugestions on cleaning?
