Looking for bulk .223 and .45acp brass

I'm new to the forum and new to reloading but I'm eager to start. I was wondering if anyone had a good line on some new or once fired brass in .223 or .45 acp. Also what is the difference between normal .45 auto brass and .45 +p brass.

Welcome! Can't really help with sourcing brass, but as to .45ACP cases marked +P there is no difference other than the stamping - but be aware that you might run across some .45ACP brass that uses small pistol primers instead of the usual large pistol primers. Those were typically used in "clean" type ammo (lead free). They can be reloaded if you collect enough, you just don't want them mixed up with your regular stuff.

Ok I wasn't quite sure because I was looking around online and I was reading about the different size primers and stuff like that. I have heard of +p ammunition before but never really was quite sure what the difference was. Thanks for clearing that up

google once fired brass i was looking and there were a few companies out there the one name i remember was diamond k brass (i think) they still had some in stock. at least in 45

One guaranteed source of brass is the local outdoor range.
Unless the range claims it all, those two calibers are probably there in abundance, just waiting for you.

Ill check it out tomorrow. Its 82 degrees here today so I'm assuming a lot of outdoor shooting got done today.
