Seeking advice for disassembling bolt on my "new" Mauser 98K

I recently purchased a JP Sauer & Son Mauser 98K made in 1934. Any advice on the easiest way to disassemble the bolt for cleaning would be appreciated. I know the “donut” in the stock is to assist in this endeavor but that is about the extent of my knowledge. Also, once apart and cleaned, what is the recommended procedure for lube? Is the firing pin channel supposed to be dry? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Art G.

Try these two sites, they have M98 Mauser manuals.

http://www.biggerhammer.net/manuals/

http://www.surplusrifle.com/downloads.asp

The inside of the bolt should have a light coat of good gun grease on all parts.
