Class 3 Dealer?

If I'm correct a class 3 dealer can sell Law Enforcement weapons. My question is that when or if the dealer decides to close down what happens to those weapons. Do they get to keep them or do they have to sell them off.

THey have to dispose of them (unless they are pre-86 samples)
