How much is .223 Wolf worth?

I've been trying to unload 7 box/20s at $30. Are these people stupid at $4.28 a box, or are these really that bad?!!

These are the camo box's called military Wolf.

Lots of high volume guys shoot them. Keep advertising. There may be sticking case issues if you shoot a bunch of lacquered cases and the brass cases. Either clean the chamber after the Wolf or shoot the brass ammo first.

I would think someone will scarf that up from you soon. Are you wording it clearly that it is $30 for all four? Maybe they think you are outrageous thinking it is $30 per box!

How much is shipping adding to the final cost? I wouldn't pay much for that crap but then again, I'm not down to my last 3 rounds, either.

At last weekends gun show I sold 2 500 round cases of wolf 55fmj steel case that's been sitting in the back of my closet for 10 years for $160 each. They were happy to find some 223, and I can't complain.

Some people are just paranoid about Wolf, but I love it. I shoot Wolf almost exclusively in my pistols, rifles and subgun. I run the 5.56 through multiple uppers on my SBR AR-15 (you know the one's that always jam) and I've never had a hiccup. The 9mm shoots great out of all my 9mms and same thing with the .45.

I'd buy it from you if it didn't involve shipping.

If I hadn't bought a couple of thousand projectiles and 16# of powder in October (I got lucky, I guess), I would buy them. $5 is a good price *if* you can even find it. I think you could get $7 each pretty easily.

I should have mentioned, I've been trying to unload them in the Sporting goods at Walmart. I offered them to people that were looking for .223. It's a fair price but 4 or 5 people just didn't show interest, but yet they would have bought the Tula .223 if Walmart had any for more money. Weird.

To the people here that want to buy these, I'm not shipping them anywhere, to much BS for such little money. Sorry.

I have to admit I'd be a bit hesitant to buy from someone who comes up to me at Wal-Mart offering me ammo. It just seems a bit....... awkward.

I'd sell it at a gunshow if I was you.

I'm gathering up some more unneeded ammo to sell to, I guess now's the time to get rid of it.Walmart here I come. Anybody in Vegas need a new box of 460 Rolands?

Do you have a free "local shopper" paper that has a Sporting Goods section? I sold a few boxes of 9mm ammo I didn't want that way.

Wow, $00.70 a round!! I'm selling my Wolf's at $$00.21 a round and these fools aren't buying them. Maybe if I bump them up to $40 they'll be knock on my door all day long.

I guess $30 is to good to be true. LOL

Wow! 140 rounds of ANY .223 would easily bring $70-80 or more here. It would have sold as soon as it was posted at your asking price!.

.15-.20 cents a round is all that crap is worth and I wouldnt buy it at that price. Ive stocked up since the last election plus I reload and currently have close to 3,000rds on hand with the supplies to make 1,000 more. All brass cased. I wouldnt shoot garbage thru my guns. I would leave them in the safe first.

$5/box of 20rds is about the right price for those. You actually have a good price, but not everyone likes the steel-cased ammo for their AR's. I used to run them in mine, but it sticks and causes jams after a while so I don't use steel-cased anymore.

Post it on local board like Armslist, or maybe sell it to a gunshop or pawnshop. You can probably still fetch close to $10/box if you did that.

That's a good price in today's market - next gun show you go to bring them, leave them in your car, carry a sign advertising ammo and price - you will sell it - pay 1/3 your cost of going to the gun show!

Man did those folks get a deal. Idiots here in FLA fighting at gun shows over 223 for a dollar a round, that's right $1,000 for 1k of 223 and buying a $700 AR for $2,300 and thinking they got a great deal

I do find it hard to believe I haven't unloaded them yet, but I'm not trying very hard. I look pretty normal, I'm not that scary looking, but some people used to think I looked like I was in the Mofia. LOL
