Primer catcher. I hate picking primers up. It's PVC pipe and a plastic pill bottle fitted to an RCBS Partner press that's used only for decapping. Put an aluminum tube in the ram under the shellholder so primer residue wouldn't dirty up the ram too much.

Press mounting, Cut the benchtop back a ways so the press doesn't stick out and get in the way. Put a 3/8ths inch thick spacer (brown thing) under the baseplate of the Rockchucker so it could be set as far back as possible and still be easy to use. Mounting bolts are centered on the vetical 2x4 under the 1.5 inch thick benchtop.

latest project was a case dryer. I wash my cases instead of tumbling and used to dry them either outdoors on a towel in sunny weather or spread out on a workbench with a fan blowing across them.

I used a light bulb for the heat source, a water heater thermostat for a safety switch and a bathroom exhaust fan replacement motor and wheel as a fan. Some lamp cord for wiring, scrap ply and hinges from past projects finished it up. The thermostat, fan assembly and light base cost me about $25 at a local big box store. I would guesstimate another 25 for the wood wire etc if I had not had them on hand

I could also use this as food dehydrator by substituting some plastic trays for the "rat wire" ones.

I dumped about 130 or so .38 cases in there just for demo purposes. I only made 2 trays for it so far and have done 400 .45 ACP's in one load. There is room for a third tray if I ever need one.

And a New Bench

I added a 7.5' bench and bookshelves to the original bench. My presses thanked me.

Yeah they are! This is like the reloading bench threads. Everyone does stuff a little differently. I'm in the planning stage of upgrading my modest little bench and this will give me some good ideas!

They are a pair of Dunbars I restored, both being made in the mid 1950s. One was made by the Dunbar Glass Co in Dunbar, WV; and the other was made in Va after the owner moved there. They show-up occasionally on EBay and go for $90-150 in poor condition.

Quick-Measures and B&Ms

I dedicate each tube to a particular load, and label them as such. It saves me a lot of time and neatens-up the bench a bit.

You are familiar with Quick-Measures and B&M measures, and how they work?

Nope unfortanately not. I tried a quick google search but those terms just brought up one of your other posts from 2011. Able to give me a rundown?

I created the Little Dandy Adjustable Rotor out of sheer frustration since none of the RCBS rotors threw the charge they were supposed to.....
