200 Gr. .35 Whelen Deer load
I recently picked up the new Lee 200 gr. .35 Whelen Mold. The Lymann Cast books don't have any data for .35 Whelen. Anyone have a load that they can recommend
Thanks CZVZ |

Lyman has .35 Whelen data on page 191 of the Cast Bullet Handbook 4th Edition, for 195 and 204 gr bullets. I believe it's also in the 3rd edition (I, somehow, lost my 3rd edition, hence the need for buying the 4th ).
If you don't have the data, let me know which powders you may use from the following selection, and I can provide Lyman's data: Unique 2400 SR-4759 IMR 4198 IMR 3031 IMR 4227 5744 Reloder 7 And, of course, most of the fast powders are geared toward mid-velocity loads (~1,500-2,200 fps), while the slower powders are geared toward max velocity (listed as high as 2,860 fps).
