Sent scope back to Bushnell for repair

Sent a scope back to Bushnell for repair today. It was a Scopechief model,6-20 about 15 yr old in excellent condition...but wont hold zero.I bought it used on ebay.I bet the rat from North Carolina I bought it from knew it had problems.Bushnell claims this has a lifetime warrenty,so lets see.I sent a $10.00 money order(as per their instructions) along with a note explaining the problem.Priority mail was $13.00 and change.Iam curious to see what kind of repair job Bushnell does and the time it takes. Its my first dealings with them.I will keep you posted.

You kinda posted in the wrong forum, but I would guess that you will get a new scope from them. I'm not sure when they quit making them, but I think it would be safe to assume that they probably don't have any parts for them anymore beings it is at least 15 years old as you stated. It will be interesting to see if this is what happens.

Bushnell CS

I bet your happy with Bushnell CS. I am lucky as I live in Kansas City about 25 minutes from their repair center. They are very good to do bussiness with.
