Utah House Bill 76 gets Senate approval.

This looks like it will get in front of the governor. He could still veto it but that would be the end of his career. What do you think he will do? Do you think he's worth enough cash that he would do this? He'd have to move to CA in order to work again.

Good Lord what a train wreck. You can concealed carry a firearm as long as it's not loaded. How long until having a magazine and a firearm means you have a loaded magazine? Or a law stating one may carry a concealed rock as long as it's too heavy to throw.

The CCP is still available if we need to carry loaded. It just prevent people open carrying from getting busted and harassed.

And for Reciprocity. The one-way reciprocity you guys have going now though is a nice little open arms invitation to tourists.

This bill just passed the senate with a 2/3rds majority which makes it "veto-proof."
