I have been eating White Tail Deer Venison, and Feral Hog my whole life, and have had no problems.
My wife makes the best meat loaf, you could ever eat out of ground venison.
Its delicous, with a thick ketchup batter on top, and some onion slices in it.
We add a little beef talor to keep it from drying out too much, but man is it good.
We also make Mexican Cornbread out of it, and not to mention when we Mix Wild Hog, and Deer to make Smoked Sausage links. I cant wait till season gets here, Im getting hungry.

This will be our first year to hunt game for meat in quite a few years but I am really looking forward to deer season this year. I can't wait for some chili and sausage with venison meat!
