The Next Big Thing From The Producer Of "SURVIVOR".

COMBAT MISSIONS is the most grueling physical and mental TEAM competition
ever staged.

It is a competition exclusively for America's Elite.teams of Special Forces
veterans from the ranks of such organizations as the Navy SEALS, Delta
Force, SWAT, and Army Rangers.just to name a few.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD TEAMS. If you serve or have served on any U.S.
Special Force or Law Enforcement Tactical Unit, and can put together a team
of four (4), WE WANT YOU. If you are a qualified individual wanting to be
placed on a team, we want you, too.

When our COMBAT MISSIONS are over, only one team of true heroes will
remain.still holding the flag.and a fresh crisp tankful of official U.S.
Greenbacks.

ELIGIBILITY

*Applicants can apply as individuals or as one member of a team of four(4).
Preference will be given to those applying as a team of four (4).

While it is PREFERRED that individuals or team members currently serve or
formally served in the same Special Forces (as defined below), it is NOT
required. As long as individual male or female team members meet the
requirements set forth below, they can compete, if selected, on COMBAT
MISSIONS.

COMBAT MISSIONS IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH ANY BRANCH OF THE U.S. MILITARY
OR ANY NATIONAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATION. Participants
apply as private individuals, and are solely responsible for making the
necessary arrangements regarding their eligibility to compete in the
tournament and on the Program.

In order to be eligible to compete, each applicant must satisfy each of the
following criteria/requirements:

1. Be an active or inactive member of a Special Forces unit of the US
Military, or a Federal, State, or Local Law Enforcement Tactical Team. A
Special Forces unit or a Tactical Team is defined as a unit other than those
which are commonly considered "standard", and has a highly specialized
charge. For example, an enlisted private in the US Army would not qualify
for the program, whereas a member or former member of the Green Beret would.
Examples of the types of Special Forces or Tactical Teams whose members
would merit consideration (this is by no means a complete list, simply a
guide for reference) include:

U.S. MILITARY

Navy SEALs
Green Beret
Army Rangers
Delta Force
Army Airborne
Army Long Range Surveillance Units
Marine Recon
Marine Battalion Recon

LAW ENFORCEMENT

SWAT (Local-County-State)

2. Be in excellent physical and mental health, and have sufficient skills
and capabilities to engage in the rigorous demands of the war games, combat
missions and tactical law enforcement exercises that are a part of COMBAT
MISSIONS.

3. Be willing and able to travel to the shoot location and devote twenty-one
(21) consecutive days for the contest, sometime between March 1, 2001 and
May 15, 2001 (or as otherwise scheduled by the producers). During this time,
no contestant may leave the production premises at any time without the
Executive Producer's prior written consent.

4. Submit to an extensive background check (subject to the laws of the
United States) to verify military/law enforcement service, and medical
history.

5. Execute the attached standard release document holding harmless all
individuals and entities that are affiliated with COMBAT MISSIONS,
including, without limitation, the producers of the Program and USA Cable
and its affiliated entities, from any physical or mental injury or other
liability which may occur as a result of a contestant's participation in
COMBAT MISSIONS, as well as any other releases, waivers and documents that
may be required in connection with the contestant's participation in COMBAT
MISSIONS.

6. Not be an employee, officer, director or agent of USA Cable, Combat
Missions, LLC, any other entity that may be affiliated, either directly or
indirectly, with either of the foregoing, or any of their respective
licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies or the
immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son,
regardless where they live) or members of the same households (whether
related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents.
