Best Cheapest Scope for 30.06?

There are so many great hi-priced scopes out there and a ton of much cheaper ones. Just wondering if anyone has ever bought a scope for less than $100 and really liked it or thought it was worth the money.

Take a look at Bushnell. Some of their lower end scopes are around the $100 mark. I've actually had pretty good sucess with their Banner Dusk to Dawn series. That series picks up a huge amount of light around sun up and sun down. I've got a high powered Bushnell (6x - 18x) on my 7mm Rem Mag and it's been an out standing scope.

I have had positive experiences with the Bushnell Banner and the Trophy, both around $100. I also have a BSA Target on a 204 that has worked very well; it was also around that price. I have never used one on a rifle with heavy recoil though. I have only looked at them but the Nikon prostaff scopes look good. That will probably be the next scope I buy.

I have had Bushnell Trophy 3-9X on my Ruger 06 for 12 years now! I use it for moose hunting in and out of a boat and on winter hunts on my snow machine.

It was and I think still is $99.99 from Cabela's.
