Load data berrys 155gr.40 hbrn
I have recently entered the realm of reloading. I have purchased 155 gr .40 HBRN bullets but am having some trouble finding load data for it. I am using Alliant Blue Dot powder. Does anyone have any knowledge of manufacturer data or has loaded this round and can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I have loaded this bullet with Unique and CCI primers. You need to do your homework, but I think I used (off the top of my head) 6.0 grains and don't recall the seating depth.
Worked fantastic in my Sig P239. I have never used Blue dot powder. |

I liked them, I used HP-38 and the seating depth between 1.120 and 1.125 C.O.L. I was shooting for 1.125 C.O.L. I also liked the results I got from Accurate #5 using the same 1.125 seat depth. I also liked the Berry's 180 grain hollow points too.

I would stay away from the Unique with the HBRN 155, that is the only powder that bullet doesn't seem to like. I've used Universal Clays with great success and oddly enough they are nearly identical in burn rates.
