Computer savvy gun geeks

I have a,totally unrelated to guns (other than me buying many, should this project be successful), venture that I wish to pursue.

I need someone to develop a database for me, and the related sundries.

I have run into a dead end with the folks I deal with here locally, and figured one of my "gun buddies" here may fit the bill as well as someone that I may dig up in the phone book.

In a nutshell, I need an online, browsable database. It needs to have secure login, ability to accept CC#, and about 4-6 screens.

Any takers? Either PM me, or e-mail (preferable) rangermonroe(at)bellsouth.net

I expect to pay, and am not attempting to solicit free info or offer "partnerships" in exchange for work.

I don't have the time to take it on personally (I'd rather be at the range), but I think this link will point you in the right direction:

http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/

The PHP front end on top of a MySQL database on a Linux server is probably the most common in use on the internet.

Good luck to you!

Thanks Skeeter

But while I could educate myself and do the neccessary programming, I would do it neither as well nor as quickly as someone who does it for a living.

I am interested in contracting with a pro.
