PDT Handgun III in May
On Saturday, May 18, Personal Defense Training will be offering it's Handgun III course at Southriver Gun Club in Conyers. This course was designed with the beginning to intermediate shooter in mind and carries a prerequisite of NRA Basic Pistol, NRA Personal Protection, pre-course evaluation or evidence of prior suitable training. After a review of safety, you will participate in a mental conditioning (mindset) lecture and then learn crucial gun handling skills such as loading/unloading, presentation/reholstering, reloading and malfunction clearing malfunctions. In other words, you will learn how to safely and effectively manipulate your pistol. We will then cover marksmanship fundamentals such as sight alignment, trigger control and follow through. In short, you will learn how to shoot more accurately. Finally, you will implement and test your skills by shooting both single and multiple hits on single & multiple targets (stationary, moving, 2D & 3D)

This course is ideal for those who would like to learn and improve the skills needed to effectively use a pistol, whether it's for carrying a concealed weapon or for IDPA/IPSC competition. You will need 300-400 rounds, a suitable belt holster and belt and at least 2 extra magazines or speedloaders with pouches. The class will run from 8:00-6:00 and the cost per person is $125.00.

Please let me know if you are interested in attending
