A trade?

I just was asked if I would be willing to trade my Single six for a Walther P22. Should I? I like my single six and already have a Mark II. Would it be a good trade?

No! Maybe im just biased towards ruger (i am), but even from a "normal" perspective i would not take that trade. The single six is a better gun on every level unless you NEED a semi auto, and you just said you have a mark II.
Unless that trade comes with 400$ cash and a thousand rounds id pass on this trade.

NO, I sold my P-22 for $300, not that great of a gun. If I had the chance to trade it for a single six, I jump on it so fast.

Unless you really want that p22 I wouldn't do it. With the single 6 and the mkII you've got the 22's covered.

The Single Six is of much higher quality than the P22, I wouldn't' do the trade.

you all echoed my inner feelings. I declined the offer. Thanks for the advice.
Shafter, I'll make sure if I ever part with this Single Six you'll be the one to wind up with it.

Agreed, I'm still shooting a 1958 model single six. Never had any work done to it, and literally thousands of rounds have went down the pipe. Still more accurate than I am!
