H-K P2000sk rear sight repair/replace...
hate to admit this, BUT....
dropped my h-k p2000sk today on concrete... as luck would have it landed right on rear sight and popped it clean out...no damage to the slide or dovetails, but the rear sight moves freely in the dovetail now...suspect was a shim or the like involved that has been lost...was a tritium rear sight...anybody know what I need to re-fit this rear sight in good and tight? thanks. |

There was either a shim (not uncommon) or a retaining screw (it would be apparent) that got lost. Take it to a smith and have the sight fixed, or send it to HK for service.
