Steel Plate target measurements??
I would like to build a few sets of steel plate targets, to practice at home on. Does anybody have the measurements of the targets and there spacing. I am thinking of the 5 - 8" plate styled targets...Sorry I do not know the actual name of the target but I'm sure someone here does. I know the ones at the local club are 8" diameter plates and they are made of 3/8" steel, but I don't know what the height and spacing measurements are.
Thanx |

Most plate racks are 14" from the center of one plate to the center of the next using 8 inch plates. The "official" bianchi plate rack uses 6 - 8" plates at 20" center to center. The plates are at about 4 feet high also.
Here is a good site for metal targets http://www.mgmtargets.com/rack.htm
