+1 for ASP customer service
A couple weeks ago during a baton/handcuff class I broke the polymer on one of my ASP aluminum cuffs (it was completely my fault). ASP does have a lifetime warranty on all their products so I emailed them asking if they could fix or replace them for me. Honestly I was expecting for them to charge me since it was my fault not the equipment. They said to send them in and they'd look at it. Well, the day after they received the cuffs they had a new pair in the mail with a nice ASP pen/pencil set for my troubles, no questions asked. Very good customer service!
