30 Carbine Taper Crimp

Can a Hornady Taper Crimp die be used on a 30 Carbine? I like to crimp in a seperate station on the LNL. I have a Hornady 3 die set for 30 carbine. I am thinking it can but want someone elses opinion.

I'm assuming you are talking about a Hornady 30 carb. die set, yes of course the TC die will work.

I agree, I aways crimp rounds on a seperate station then seating.

Yes, if I recall it is carbide, and yes its 30 Carbine...I now know what you were asking after reading what I originally typed, that was a typo and was supposed to be Carbine

So with the Hornady 9mm taper crimp die I can crimp the following?

9mm
38/357
30 Carbine

Its this die https://www.hornady.com/shop/?ps_ses...bbcbdc65a5a615

I am asking because I load for all three above and rather than buy 2 more crimp dies I would prefer to use what I already have since it only takes a minute to setup.

And yes, crimping separate is much better...cant believe I ever did it the other way!
