Stevens .410 SxS model?

Hi,

I just recently inherited a .410 SxS Shotgun and I'm looking to find out the model.

On the left side it just says:
STEVENS, and has a duck flying over a plant stamped on it.

On the right side it says:
J. STEVENS ARMS COMPANY
CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A.
--- PATENTED APRIL 20 1915 ---

Open it, and a sloppily done stamp says:
H57629

Can anyone tell me anything about this firearm?

thx

It's my WAG that you have a Model 311, but sans pics and a deeper description it could also be one of a few other models.

.

311Shotgun

The H prefix is 1947. That is sloppy stamping isn't it!
