Tapered picatinny rail for stock AR15 handguards...

Hello! I am looking for a picatinny rail, that's tapered to offset the taper on stock AR15 carbine handguards. I would like it to use the stock vent holes for mounting. I want to use it to mount my AN/PEQ-2 and M203. Right now i've got them bolted to the handguards with spacers at the front, but i'd rather have them on rails.

I love the look of the stock handguards and don't want to replace them with railed ones, etc.

Let me know of any sources for tapered rails for my AR15 (Armalite M15A4 CB, 11.5").
