Iver Johnson tp22 manual wanted
I'm looking for the manual for an Iver Johnson tp22.
I inherited one recently and it hasn't been maintained for quite some time. Anyone know how to at least field strip one of these? I've been searching but coming up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael |

Hi. I've got an exploded view with parts list if that will help. Email me and I'll get it to you.

Super easy to field strip.
1) Remove the magazine, and check the chamber. Check again. 2) Pull down on the trigger guard gently, and push it to one side so it hooks on the edge of the frame. 3) Pull back on the slide- at the extreme rear of the travel, lift the rear of the slide up about 1". Pull forward and the slide and recoil spring comes off the barrel. To reassemble, pretty much the reverse. Push the trigger guard back to center and it will pop into place and you're back in business. |
