.45 ACP load w/ Ranier 230 gr. plated HP?

Anyone have experiences with these bullets using Unique for .45 ACP?

Not much load data available out there for this combination . . . Unique is the most suitable powder I have in stock at the moment and need to run 500 of these Raniers. The bullets are .452" diameter and .650" length with a slightly concave base. Looking to get a full powered load of about 900 FPS whether standard pressure or +P is not an issue.

I'm considering 6.3 grains of Unique, CCI 300 primers and 1.23" OAL.

Thoughts?

Round nose not, HP but same weight

I have loaded the Rainier 230 Gr FMJ Round Nose in 230 grains with anywhere from 5.6-6.0 grains of Unique. The primers I used were Magtech 2 1/2 Large Pistol. They calculated out between 800-895 fps. I don't have a chrony so I don't know what the actual velocity is, but they seemed to do a good number on water filled milk jugs.

Hope this helps.
