Leapers
Wow! That's really all I can say. I purchased a Leaper's UTG 3-9x40 scope last weekend froma local retailer.. Pictured below. When I went to make adjustments, loosening the hex bit, the bit broke...thus leaving my adjustement knob incapable of being locked down to prevent my settings form changing.
After contacting the customer support with all the proper info, pictures attached etc... within 1 day of my return, they had my replacement on it's way back to me. Shipped Saturday, due to me on Tuesday. Great customer service and a pleasure to do business with!. www.leapers.com
