Loading 7mm Rem Mag in Hornady LNL

Do you guys find that your powder loads vary slightly when loading rifle rounds in your LNL? I have been told that the amount of jarring to do a FL resize/decap and bullet seating with a full press can cause some descrepency in your loads due to shake down during the deposit into the case from the tumbler. Any thoughts?
