10ring.com
Does anyone have experience with 10ring.com. I ordered some items from them that were backordered and I found them at a local shop so I want to cancel them. They have not responded to my emails and their phone goes straight to a message and does not give you an option to talk to a person. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

I placed an order with them, then received an email stating that several items were back ordered. It sort of ticked me off that they didn't disclose that before I placed the order, so I called to cancel. I got right through to a person on the first try, and though it took a few minutes to accomplish, they were able to cancel my order. The person that I spoke with was very pleasant.
That's my experience. I probably won't place another order with them, though. BuffDriver |
