Electronic Rifle Trigger

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and need some help identifying an electronic trigger from the 1970's. I got this refurbashed trigger from an estate auction and it has a reciept dated 1977 from Electronic Trigger out of Colorado and the company is no longer in business and I can't find any information about it. I have some pictures and hope one of you may have seen it before or know anyting about it.
Thanks
Jason

I saw a picture of that rig many years ago, but cannot find the item in back numbers of Gun Digest without going through ten years' worth page by page.

Sure looks elecTRIC but NOT elecTRONIC.
A switch and a solenoid are not exactly anything electronic.

Do you have any idea what this might be used on? What a good way to discribe this trigger. Electric trigger? Thanks for your input.

I found the paper work to this!!! This trigger is for Remington model 700 ADL.
The manual explains how to remove the factory trigger and safety and replace it with this electric one. very cool! It's one of the very first made.
