Looking for a source for a rear sight...

for a pre-64 Model 70 30 gov't 06. I inherited one that was built circa 1930, and would like to replace the rear sight that was removed somewhere in the distant past.

Model 70 didn't start till 1936.

Long shot but maby find correct sight at Numrich, (914) 679-2417, www.gunpartscorp.com . They have parts for the early series Model 70s and their stock changes regularly.
