Weatherby PA-08 Upland - smooth and the wood feels really nice. Followed closely by Rem 870, not as smooth but solid.

I shoot mostly autos and SxS's nowdays but I did cut my teeth on pumps. The only pump I ever sold that I truly miss is a BPS 12 gauge upland. But the only ones I currently own are a Mossberg 835 and a 500 bantum the kids share. Someday I hope to replace the BPS.

My favorite type of shotguns are 16 & 20ga SxS; they are used for upland bird and rabbit hunting only.

But when it comes to home defense, waterfowl, and turkey; it's pump gun only for me. I am right handed, but left eye dominant. I shoot a handgun (Revolvers only Thank You), right handed. I must shoot a rifle and shotgun left handed however. My favorite pumps are Ithaca® Mdl 37, Browning® BPS, and Mossberg® 500. I especially like the top tang safety on the BPS and 500!
