Dog Town bullets
I just purchased some,243- 55 gr dog town bullets online, where would I find loading data on that bullet? I was thinking of using sierra data for the same weight bullet, starting at minimum and working up.

Last time I bought Midway Dogtown bullets, the scuttlebutt was that they were straight Nosler over-runs and rejects. Terrific bullets, no issues with them. So see if you can find some pictures of Nosler slugs and match them up with what you have -- they may still be exactly that.
However, my bullets are a couple years (or more) older, so who knows where Midway sourced them. Generally speaking, I'd simply use ANYONE'S published data for same bulet weight/similarly construct bullet and stick to safe loading procedures and work up a load for them.

I use the 34 grain Dogtown in my .22 Hornet.
Absent load data for the exact bullet you want, you can use data for the next heavier weight bullet, start low, and work your powder charges up. You'll get slower velocities at the start using the heavier bullet load data, but it gives you a safe place to start and room to work without hitting max charges and over pressure right from the start. I've used this method for several bullets/weights my load manuals don't cover for the caliber I'm working with.

I have been using Dog Town .224/55gr. and load them using data from multiple sources. Similar profile and same weight and I am good to go. I have been using the profile and weight criteria for about 35 years with no problems. I start low and work up. Best wishes and good luck.

I have had problems in the past with dogtown exposed Lead tips contaminating my moly coating system.
