What determines if a person is a junior member, member, etc. etc.?

Junior = 0 to 14
Member = 15 to 99
Senior = 100 and up

I kind of figured out that 100 was the magic number to get "senior" status. I don't feel like I deserve it. I'd be happy to just be a "member". Maybe it could be 0-500 Junior member, over 500 Member, and Senior Member goes to those who are granted that by the moderators. Maybe do away with TITLES altogether? Just a thought.
