Lights

I currently have (of relevance) a Remington 870, Sig229 w/o a rail, but w/night sights, and a Glock 19 (w/rail). The Sig is my primairy SD handgun. I am considering getting a light for the shotgun, but some versatility would be nice with the Glock. Here are two questions I have:
1) Is there any light that can be mounted to the 870 and also the Glock?

2) What would the best lighting option be for this settup (assuming I go from the 870 to the Sig to the Glock)?

You could try a M series Streamlight product with a Remington 870 adapter rail.

. I have one for my Sig 229r. It is the LED model. Don't let the LED hold you back from getting it though. I was skeptical about a $119 LED gun light. I was wrong, in fact I think it is better than conventional bulbs. Batteries last 2.5hrs continuos v 1hr. As far as brightness, it is plenty bright enough.

edit: As far as the 870 is concerned, mount any picattine raile on it and you are good to go. With a little ingenuity, putting the rail on would be quite simple.

Check out the Lasermax LMS-1202 Tactical Light and Laser Sight...
That would work beautifully on an 870...
