Glock FO sight and POA/POI

Hi guys...

I have searching from some fiber optics sight for my glock.. but it seems that performance sights like dawson precision, warren tactical, are very tall/heigh, .215 or more the front sight.

my doubt is , is there any particular reason for that? does it change the POA/POI ?

I have a m&p9 with the FO sight, same heigh as factoy sight, so It doesnt changed the POA/POI. I kept the same sight picture.. but if I replace my glock sights with one with .215, how can this affect the POA/POI?..

Instead of bullet strikeing above the point of aim as many glocks do it will cover the impact area with a taller replacement sight . Watch width of the sight . Some offer several widths and the 110 or .100 can give more light on the side and aid in quicker on target for some shooters.
