BPI Hits Steel package

Any one used this before, did you like not like it any tips?

It is just the hulls wads and over shot cards, and might even have some buffer in there as well. I already have the powder and shot. Any one ever get the steel Powder to meter well?

Midway (midwayusa.com) has a BPI HITS Steel Duck and Goose Component Package 12 Gauge 3" for $38.49. It comes with 100 primed Fiocchi hulls, 100 Ranger wads, a package of overshot wads and a package of shot shell boxes. Essentially, that's 38.49 cents each for primed hulls and wads -- you still have to supply the powder, shot and buffer. It seems awfully high to me.

I must admit, I'm been hearing about BPI for many years, but have never used their products. It's my understanding they are the go-to folks for odd-ball reloading components.

That sounds like the same package that BPI has. But they list theirs as 37.95 and I paid 6.99 for shipping. So its not bad when you consider how much quality steel loads cost. I have used with fair success the cheap Winchester loads but the last time I used a basic recipe from my book they performed well, so I am hoping that these perform well also.
