22-250 52BTHP in a Remington Varmit Special. I think when I pulled the trigger I closed my eyes. Everything went well.

.45 LC.
I used Titegroup and 225 grain bullets bought at a gunshow. Fired them out of the USFA Rodeo. It was 4 years ago, but I wasn't worried about anything when I shot them.

.270 Winchester, 130 grain Speer bullet, CCI primers, Win. 780BR powder. No worries; I researched it carefully; did it right and I was barely 18 some 35 years ago. Oh, close second: .45 Colt in Ruger Blackhawk, 250 hand-cast Lee, CCI primers, Unique of course!

1st loadings were 12gauge 2 3/4 trap shells with my Dad when he was shooting trap every Saturday. On my own many years later 44SPL for my S&W696. I started this hobby to shoot 44 and now load for 38SPL, 357MAG, 44SPL, and .30'06. 9mm is coming up as soon as I find a good way to pick up MY brass and MY brass only.

The first cartridge I ever loaded was 9mm with a Montana Gold 115gr JHP over WST. I bought the bullets from the range officer.
I remember thinking, "I hope this goes bang" the first time I shot one because he was looking over my shoulder at the time and knew I had reloaded them.

Another 30-06 with the Lee Loader and Hammer. Later got some other Lee Loaders and still have them. Still have some of the IMR 4064 powder. My thoughts were they are a lot easier to shoot than reload.

My first load(about 3 months ago, by the way) was 22-250. I was a little concerned when firing the first one, but all went well. I am now loading .308 9mm and .40 S&W.

16ga H&R Topper Single Shot using a Bair Reloader (1967). They first time I shot it I was just thinking that I would nail the pheasant - and I did. Got me hooked. Didn't even realize it was a reload until my dad reminded me.
