i know they are out there because the CZ readhead minis in 28 gauge are around 900 online im just wondering if anyone knows of any others or has any experience with them. I understand that the perazzi is expensive but that is understandable, after all its a perazzi

Browning has some guns ...especially in their line of field grade Citori's like the Lightning series...that are available in 28ga.....they'd be a much better buy than anything CZ has ever made, in my opinion....
New, they're a little over $1,000..../ but in shotguns, you get what you pay for in my opinion. On a budget, Browning also makes a BPS Hunter model in a 28ga ...for around $600 ...and its a good buy as well... |

You could also take a look at SKB. They have ceased manufacture about 2 years ago, but are good quality guns. There are a number of them on Guns International, but I didn't look at the prices.
How much are you planning on shooting this gun? Do you reload for 28ga? If you aren't set on a 28, there is always the 20ga and you could easily load 3/4 oz shells. |

Stoger has just announced a 28 gauge Condor, one with 24" barrels, the other with 28" barrels, both with screw in chokes.
MSRP is Under $500. http://www.stoegerindustries.com/fir...ger-condor.php See items 31031 and 31032. Condors aren't top of the line shotguns, but for the money they are a pretty good value.
