Able Ammo-bad news, rude people
I got a stk number from their online site and called Able Ammo to order some Brenneke Black Magic slugs. I prefer to order by phone. A salesman in an abrupt and very hostile tone said "if you got the number online, order it online!" I said I prefer to order by phone. He said someone would call me back to take my order. Nobody did. So for .50 more a box, Midway got a big order from me, and my order went out the same day. Able Ammo, very poor customer service. They don't need my business.

Sadly, it has gotten almost impossible to find a customer service rep at any company who realizes that there is a living, breathing human being on the other end of the line when they pick up a call & treat them as such. I'm not that old (yet), but I DO remember when you just about could not start talking business until you had spent at least 30-60 seconds (& sometimes 5-30 minutes) actually identifying with each other as human beings. You'd think that the way the economy is effecting business they'd have time to slow down a tad & work on human relation with their customers
