The only time my carry gun is not loaded is either right after it's been fired at the range, or im dry firing it, with a loaded close by of course.

OOoopppps, I did it again.
Did it again today (12-7-2012).

I did notice when I took the gun (.38spl) out of my pocket while driving. Good thing I had a speed loader with 130g fmj. I keep those because they reload fast and easy. No big deal, I was just going to Walmart. I guess for the two mile trip home I could have bought some there.

I've never left the gun unloaded, however I have twice forgotten to chamber a round

I use the same weapon my CCW/Nightstand/ETC. When its on the nightstand (When I use my glock) I often keep it without a round in the chamber.

Twice that I recall I've gone out either to work or run errands, and holstered it without chambering a round...realized it when I got home. Oops...
