Hey Art, Two buck pics from my property!
The first one my brother shot.

I hope it was a good choice.
If he stays on our place (1200 ac.) he is safe, but the next ranch over fires a shot about every day. |

Wow, those are nice - I'd be hard-pressed to let that one go - but like you say, if he can survive to next year, he should be a bruiser.

Really nice! The one you passed on looks like a nice young buck. He oughta be a worthwhile shooter, next year. He'll most likely have heavier beams, and they'll be a bit darker. Depending on rain and suchlike, maybe wider and a couple more points.

Great pics capp! Especially with the change in the weather pattern. Looks like we'll have a wet spring, and that should really put on some mass next year. BTW, any word yet on the openings on your place? Send me a PM.
