berry/rainier question/brand swap

I'm looking for 147 gr. rainier metal jacket flat point in boxes of 1,000. Midway is out of stock and says tenative due date of july 20 (1 month away). Anybody know where else has them in stock?

Does anybody know anything about Berry's Plated Bullets .355? I am going to be shooting them out of my glock, is there a difference between plated and metal? Any info would help. Thanks.

Ranier are plated not jacketed, I have not shot beyrys, but have been told the plateing is thiner on their bullets. I have had good luck with ranier HP in the past. For a 9mm load I just cant find anything any better for close to the price of 115 win hp over 5.0gr hp38 or w231 1200fps.
good luck

berry/rainier

I have gone to PLATED BULLETS for my handgun shooting.
I use Rainier bullets for all calibers except .41 magnum. ...had to go to Berry because Rainier discontinued maaking .42 bullets. I can not tell the difference.
