Hornady book's recipe for their .45 ACP

230 grain FMJ-FP, with Unique powder, their middle recipe. Anyone have that at hand? I left my book at home, and was sitting here at work thinking about picking up another insert to "Set it and foget it" but I was curious if that was >5 grains or <5 grains. Makes a difference on which metering insert I buy.
