I have two SIIs. First was purchased around '03 or so. Got another in '09. Never a problem with either. They were affordable and well constructed. Still putting meat on the ground...

I've got a SII 4-16*42 sitting on top of a .243. I love it! Crystal clear optics, dead-nuts accurate turrets, what's not to like?

My 6MMBr Match rifle has a 8-32 x 56 SI-3 on it. No complaints here at all. Clarity is awesome, Tracking is second to none. I will be getting another in the future. I want a Nightforce, but it is not on the budget yet. I wish they were 1/8 MOA instead of 1/4 though. Has all the adjustment you need to get to 1000 yards plus. Used it about 3 months ago at 1400 yards.

I bought two SIII 3.5x10x44 scopes this year used. I hunted with one this year. I don't like mil dots, as the one I paid $400 for has. I don't like fine line moa, as the one I paid $550 has, but at least it has an illuminated dot to compensate for the thin line. So neither are perfect for me. I hunted with the mill dot one.
