Quick question on Saiga 12 and 922R

Hey I have a question about Saiga 12 and 922r,

If I am not doing anything to the stock / converting it to a pistol grip etc. Just leaving it standard, Can I use ProMag magazines and still be compliant?

And what if I add a Muzzle device (Not really for 922, I just wanted the look and recoil reduction) would I be affected? Lastly, a handguard swap?

What I'd really like is just to be good to go, keeping it stock and using upgraded magazines. I then wanted to maybe add a muzzle brake and possibly a quad rail hand guard, but I didnt think about 922.
