What happened to russian .223 ammo?

It has literally disappeared. I have checked jgsales, midway, grafs, ammunition to go, palmetto state armory, cheaper than dirt... Its all gone. I went to walmart and they only had 4 boxes. I'm very surprised its not available.

I'm running into the same problem with 308, seems to be dried up everywhere, found two boxes of tulammo at walmart. cabela's had some herters still I think.

Uhh...post election stocking up. You do remember 4 years ago, right? People go for cheap and volume when they are worried about future availability.
