I like 2400 or Bullseye for my .357 magnum 158 grain lswc bullets, and WST or Bullseye again for my .45acp 200 grain lswc bullets.

Unique works well in my .357. I shoot the same bullet as Mike. a 158gr lswc.

The unique is a bit dirty but a little go's a long way. Most of my .357 loads for the lead bullets are under 6 gr.

I forgot to say I will be using mainly 230 gr FMJ in my 45 ACP and 158 gr JHP in my 357. I might on occasion use lead bullets.

For the .45 I prefer Universal (Hodgdon)). For the .357 I prefer the Win296, second choice is 2400.

I like Power Pistol for .45 ACP- used to use vN340, but only one place nearby carries that now, and they know it, and price it accordingly. I shoot Berry's plated bullets, mostly

2400 for .357 ......

I don't have anything in 300 Savage (yet), but if I did (or when I do), I'd probably feed it IMR 4064, because that works pretty well acording to my manuals, and I already stock it.

AA#9 or Win 296 for .357 Magnum using 158 gr. jacketed bullets. Small pistol magnum primers for the .357 Magnum. For 45 ACP either Unique or AA#5. For 300 Sav I'd pick IMR 4064.
